We started in one room, and never lost the habits that came with it
Billmax MD exists because too many practices accept a billing partner that quietly costs them money. We were built to be the opposite of that.

From a single room to a dedicated team
Growth mattered less to us than the impact we could make for the practices that trusted us. That order has not changed.
See who we are hiring
One room, three people
Billmax MD began in the winter of 2019 in a single room in Lahore — one person with a clear idea of what a billing partner should be, and two people willing to build it with them.
The first practices
Early clients came through results rather than marketing. Denials that other billers had written off were appealed and recovered, and word travelled.
A dedicated establishment
We became the dedicated revenue cycle team for a multi-specialty group practice with locations in Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island — not a vendor among several, but the team.
Depth over headcount
A team of certified coders, AR specialists and credentialing staff working US hours, organised around practices rather than around ticket queues.
Our vision
To keep growing while staying rooted in how we began. We want to be a dependable presence in the healthcare industry — the partner that lets corporate medical facilities concentrate on patient care while we carry the financial complexity.
That means resisting the pull toward volume for its own sake. A billing operation that doubles its client list and halves its attention is not growth; it is decay with better revenue figures.
Where we work
Four things we will not trade away
Every billing company claims accuracy and service. These are the commitments that actually change what we do on a Tuesday afternoon.
Fix causes, not symptoms
Reworking the same denial every month is not a service, it is a subscription to a problem. We trace errors to their origin and close them off.
Treat patients like patients
When we call on your behalf, we are speaking to someone who is often unwell and usually anxious about a bill. That shapes how we talk to them.
Say the uncomfortable thing
If your fee schedule is underpriced, your documentation is thin or a payer contract is bad, we tell you. Pleasant reporting that hides a problem helps nobody.
Build people, not seats
Most of our seniors started in entry-level roles. We fund certification and promote internally because depth of judgement is what clients actually buy.
Want to see how we would handle your practice?
A short call and a look at your aging report is usually enough for us to tell you something useful — whether or not you go on to work with us.
